Plus, a lot of the film and TV actors you’ll see also do a ton of voice work, which just adds to the amazing talent pool.
C. Talented Creators (Writers, Artists, Filmmakers)
And it’s not just about the stars on screen! If you’re curious about the brilliant minds behind the stories and art you love, you’re in luck. You’ll find amazing comic writers and artists, novelists, and filmmakers. E. How to Meet Guests
So, how do you actually get to see these amazing guests? You’ve got a few options, but heads up, some of these will cost you extra and have specific rules:
- Panels: These are your chance to hear guests talk, often answering questions from people like you! Generally, these are included with your badge. The main celebrity panels usually happen in Ballroom 301. Keep in mind that actors usually only do one panel per weekend, even if they’re there for multiple days, so plan carefully!
- Photo Ops: This is where you can get a professional photo taken with a celebrity. It costs extra, and the sessions are usually pretty quick. You’ll get an 8×10 print. Good news for groups: up to four people can be in one photo! The celebrity Photo Op Booth is in the Lower Level Exhibit Hall, inside Hall 1. It’s a really good idea to book these beforehand if you can, because they can sell out.
- Autographs: If you want an autograph, you can buy one, and it usually comes with a quick moment to chat with the guest. Most actors charge per signature. You can often bring your own thing for them to sign, or they’ll have photos you can choose from (the photo is often included in the autograph price). Autographs mostly happen in the Lower Level Exhibit Hall.
- Selfies: Some actors might also offer selfies at their autograph tables for an extra fee.
The price for these interactions can really vary – autographs and photo ops can be anywhere from about $40-$60 to way over $200 for really popular guests. So, if meeting celebs is high on your list, make sure to budget for it! The official info also helps set expectations: photo ops are fast and not really for long chats, while autograph moments might give you a quick word or two.Knowing this stuff upfront is key to having a good time.

The Heart of the Con: Panels, Programming, and Q&As

But Fan Fusion is SO much more than just meeting celebs! They pack the weekend with an insane amount of stuff to do, learn, and just plain enjoy.
A. Over 1,000 Hours of Programming!
Seriously, get this – they cram over 1,000 hours of programming into the weekend! Things usually kick off around 10:30 AM each day and go late into the evening. With so much going on, you’ll definitely have to make some tough choices, because awesome things will be happening at the same time!
B. Types of Programming
You’ll find a little bit of everything on the schedule, catering to all sorts of interests:
- Celebrity Q&A Sessions: Your chance to hear directly from actors, creators, and other cool guests.
- Fan-Led Discussions: Panels run by fans, for fans, covering all sorts of niche topics and beloved fandoms.
- Workshops and Tutorials: Want to learn something new? These interactive sessions can teach you anything from drawing to crafting.
- Gaming Tournaments: Get your game on with competitions for various video and tabletop games.
- Comic Book Panels: Dive into discussions about the latest trends, iconic characters, and how comics are made.
- Live Entertainment: Think live wrestling matches and cool interactive exhibits.
- Family Activities: There’s a dedicated Kids Zone with fun stuff for the younger crowd.
- Evening Events: When the sun goes down, the fun continues with after-dark parties and themed get-togethers for adult attendees.
C. Navigating the Schedule and Seating Tips
With a schedule this packed, a little planning goes a long way. Your best bet is to grab the full schedule from the official Phoenix Fan Fusion website or download their dedicated event app – it’s a lifesaver for figuring out your day and even booking photo ops! Most of the big celebrity panels happen in Ballroom 301, which is on the Third Floor of the West Building.
Now, here’s a super important tip, especially if you’re new to this: seating for panels isn’t guaranteed because rooms fill up, and they usually don’t clear them out between panels. What does that mean for you? If there’s a super popular panel you’re dying to see, you might need to get there REALLY early, maybe even sit through the panel before it to snag a good spot. So, look at that schedule carefully and decide what your must-sees are! This is a key part of the con experience, especially for first-timers.
Also, just so you know, while most of this awesome programming is included with your badge, a few special workshops, charity events, or unique things might have an extra ticket cost. This way, they can offer tons of content for everyone, plus some premium experiences if you’re up for it. Always good to double-check the schedule for any extra fees.
Cosplay Central: Unleash Your Inner Hero (or Villain!)

Alright, let’s talk COSPLAY! It’s a massive, amazing part of the Phoenix Fan Fusion experience. The convention halls basically turn into a living, breathing showcase of characters from every universe you can imagine.
A. The Significance of Cosplay at Fan Fusion
Seriously, cosplay is a huge deal here – they even call it a “cornerstone” and a “significant part” of the event. You’re totally encouraged to join in, and you’ll see so many mind-blowing costumes, from super-accurate ones to totally creative original designs. It just makes the whole atmosphere incredible. It’s your chance to “show off your geeky side” and celebrate your favorite characters through your own creativity! This big focus on cosplay really builds a strong sense of community, gives you endless cool things to look at, and leads to tons of awesome photos and videos that people share, which is great free advertising for the event too!
B. Cosplay Events and Activities
If you’re into cosplay, or just love seeing it, Fan Fusion has some cool events just for you:
- Basic Cosplay Ball: Often hosted by someone awesome from the community like Rita Bane, this is where you can strut your stuff on a runway and show off your costume.
- Cosplay Universe Stage: This is like a home base for all things cosplay, with photoshoots and contests happening all weekend.
- Masquerade Costume Contest: This is a big one! Cosplayers of all skill levels can enter and show off their amazing craftsmanship.
- Multiverse Idol Contest: This sounds fun! People sing and dance in cosplay, really getting into their characters.
- Cosplay Meetups: These are themed get-togethers where fans of specific movies, shows, or games can meet up in costume for photos and just to hang out with fellow fans. You can usually find all the details about these on the cosplay page of their website.
C. Essential Costume and Prop Policies
Now, if you’re planning to cosplay (or even if you’re just bringing cool stuff), there are some important rules about costumes and props you need to know. These are all about keeping everyone safe and making sure it’s a fun time for all.
- General Costume Rules: Think family-friendly with your costume. The event follows Arizona state laws about what’s appropriate. Harassment or discrimination? Absolutely not tolerated. Hate symbols are a definite no-go. You gotta wear shoes in the convention areas. And things with wheels like roller skates or hoverboards aren’t allowed. If your costume is big, with wings or spikes or something, just be super careful around other people so you don’t block paths or accidentally poke someone!
- Helmets, Masks, and Face Paint: If your face is mostly covered by your costume, security might ask to see your ID. And make sure you can actually see where you’re going if you’re wearing a helmet or mask!
- Prop Policy: The Phoenix Convention Center actually sets the final rules for props, and their security and the Phoenix Police Department have the last say. Your best bet is to ALWAYS check the full, most up-to-date official policy on the Phoenix Fan Fusion website before you go.
Here’s a quick look at what’s usually okay and what’s a definite no-go for props, but ALWAYS check the latest official policy on their website:
Quick Prop Rules Summary for Phoenix Fan Fusion 2025
Generally Allowed Examples (Always verify with official policy) | Strictly Prohibited Examples (This list is not exhaustive) |
Lightsabers, wands, sonic screwdrivers. | Real and replica firearms of ANY kind (this means Star Wars blasters, Nerf guns, toy guns, Overwatch firearms, all of it!). |
Bows (must be totally unusable; un-strung is best, or very loosely strung is okay). Arrows (only if they can’t be taken out of a quiver OR if they have no tip). | Tasers, glass props, stone props, slingshots, brass knuckles. |
Shields (made of foam, plastic, fiberglass, resin, or metal, as long as there are no sharp edges; metal shields might make security checks take longer). | Real, replica, or fake explosives, ammo, or chemical weapons (like fake bomb vests, bullets, hand grenades, pepper spray). |
Lightweight plastic bats (if you’ve got extras on it, like Negan’s Lucille, those bits have to be foam or something else lightweight and harmless; no real barbed wire or nails). | Metal or wood swords, axes, Wolverine claws, and other sharp-edged weapons (these MIGHT be allowed ONLY if they’re made from approved lightweight stuff with NO sharp edges and meet all the other rules). |
Armor (plastic, fiberglass, resin, or metal; just know that metal armor might mean a longer wait at security). Other props made of Plastic, Thermoplastic (like Worbla), Urethane Resin, Cardboard, Foam, Foam Rubber, or other lightweight materials (but again, no real/replica firearms). | Super noisy props (like airhorns, bullhorns, whistles). RC Cars, planes, drones. Folding chairs (check the specific policy for small stools, though). |

These rules are all about finding that sweet spot between letting everyone show off their amazing cosplay creativity and making sure the event is safe, respectful, and fun for a huge mix of people, including families.
Shop ‘Til You Drop: The Exhibitor Hall & Hall of Heroes
Who’s ready to SHOP? For a lot of us, the exhibitor hall is like a geeky paradise, and Fan Fusion’s is no exception!
A. What to Find: Vendors, Artists, Creators, Collectibles
Get ready to explore the Lower Level Exhibit Hall & Hall of Heroes (that’s Halls 1-6) – they usually have over 600 exhibitors packed in there! It’s basically a “treasure trove of merchandise, collectibles, art, and more”. You’ll find everything from rare comics and vintage toys to unique handmade goodies and original art, stuff you just won’t see in regular stores. Plus, you often get to chat with the artists and creators themselves, which is super cool!
B. Navigating the 600+ Exhibitors
Okay, 600+ exhibitors is A LOT, and it can feel a bit overwhelming. Remember, it’s on the Lower Level of the Convention Center in Halls 1-6. To help you out, Phoenix Fan Fusion usually puts up a searchable list of exhibitors on their website. My tip? Make a little list of any must-visit booths or artists before you dive in. It can make finding your way around this huge space a bit easier.
C. Exhibit Hall Hours
Super important: the Exhibit Hall has its own hours, different from the rest of the con:
- Friday & Saturday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Sunday: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM | Make sure to factor these into your shopping spree plans!
More Than Just Panels: Special Events & Unique Attractions

Think Fan Fusion is just panels and shopping? Think again! They always have a bunch of cool special events and unique things to check out that make it a real all-around entertainment blast.
A. Diverse Entertainment Options
You can usually find all sorts of fun stuff on the schedule, like:
- Live Wrestling Matches: Get ready for some high-energy action!
- Interactive Exhibits: Cool displays where you can often get hands-on.
- Kids Zone: Lots of family-friendly activities and fun for the younger geeks.
- After-Dark Parties and Themed Gatherings: For the grown-up fans who want to keep the party going into the evening.
- Arcade Oasis: Step back in time with free-play classic arcade games and even some tournaments. It’s a total nostalgia trip for gamers!
- Special Screenings and Shows: They’ve had things like a “Mallrats” screening with Jason Lee & Jason Mewes, the “Three Fates Revue Presents: Double-D20s Nerdlesque” (that one’s 18+), and the “Fierce and Furious Geek Themed Drag Extravaganza” – showing they’re all about diverse entertainment. You might also find other unique stuff like roasts (e.g., The Roast of Super Mario, 18+), murder mystery games, and Lucha Power Hour wrestling shows.
Having such a wide variety of special events – from stuff for families to things just for adults, and covering niche interests like LEGO building contests or live wrestling – really shows they’re trying to appeal to everyone in our big, broad geek community. It helps make Phoenix Fan Fusion feel more like a huge pop culture festival than just a comic con, which is probably why so many people come back year after year.
B. Note on Separate Admissions
Just a heads-up: your badge gets you into most things, but some special workshops, charity events, or really unique attractions might need a separate ticket or have an extra cost. Also, some of the evening events, especially the after-dark parties, might go super late and could require you to be there by a certain time (like 11:30 PM) to get in. Always a good idea to check the official schedule for any extra costs or specific rules for these.
Con Survival 101: Tips for an Awesome Phoenix Fan Fusion Experience
Going to a massive con like Phoenix Fan Fusion is an absolute blast, but a little prep work can make your experience go from great to totally awesome. Here are my top tips for surviving and thriving!
A. Planning Your Visit: Before You Go
Think ahead! Here’s what you should do before you even leave the house:
- Get Your Zzz’s: Conventions are super fun but can be exhausting. Try to get plenty of sleep the night before.
- Bring Some Cash: Lots of vendors take cards, but some smaller artists or sellers might be cash-only. It’s always smart to have some cash on you.
- Juice Up Your Devices: Make sure your phone and camera are fully charged! You’ll want to take tons of pictures and stay in touch. A portable power bank is a lifesaver.
- Plan Your Route: Give yourself plenty of time to get to and from the convention center. Think about traffic or public transport schedules.
- Cosplay Logistics: If you’re cosplaying, figure out where and when you’ll change if you need to. Dedicated changing spots aren’t always around. Maybe pack a comfy change of clothes for the trip home.
- Pack That Backpack: A backpack is your best friend for carrying your essentials, water, and all the cool stuff you’re going to buy.
- Budget, Budget, Budget: With so much awesome merch and experiences, it’s easy to go wild. Setting a budget beforehand can save your wallet some pain.
- Stay in the Know: Download the official Phoenix Fan Fusion app! It’s often essential for checking schedules, finding your way around with maps, and even booking photo ops. And keep an eye on the official website for any last-minute guest changes or program updates – things can change!
B. What to Bring (and What to Leave at Home)
Pack smart! Here’s what you’ll want to bring (and what you should definitely leave behind):
- Must-Haves: Comfy shoes are your BEST FRIEND – you’ll be doing a TON of walking! Dress in layers, because it can go from toasty in a crowded hall to chilly in an air-conditioned room pretty fast. An empty, refillable water bottle is a genius idea to stay hydrated – they usually let you bring those in.
- Definitely Leave at Home (Generally): They usually don’t allow outside food and drinks, though they make exceptions for medical reasons or baby stuff. Also on the no-go list: roller skates/blades, skateboards, hoverboards, and big folding chairs (though tiny camping stools might be okay – best to email eva@phoenixfanfusion.com to be sure). And, of course, no real or replica weapons (even toys), RC cars, drones, or pro camera gear (like tripods, big lenses) unless you’ve got a Press badge. Always check that full prop policy for anything costume-related, and the general prohibited items list too.
C. Staying Comfortable: Attire, Hydration, and Pace
Remember, Phoenix in June is hot, and those convention halls are huge. Keeping comfy is key to enjoying the long days.
- Hydration is Your Friend: Drink tons of water all day. It can get surprisingly warm in those crowded halls.
- Don’t Be a Hero, Pace Yourself: You can’t see and do everything. Take breaks, find a spot to sit down when you can, and just soak in the awesome atmosphere.
D. Navigating Crowds and Queues
Big cons mean big crowds and, yep, lines. It’s just part of the experience!
- Expect to Wait: Just be ready for some queuing, especially for popular panels, celebrity photo ops and autographs, and some of the cool attractions.
- Early Bird Gets the Worm (or Seat!): For those super popular panels, especially in rooms they don’t clear out, getting there early is the name of the game.
E. Interacting with Guests and Cosplayers
Remember, everyone’s there to have a good time, so a little respect goes a long way.
- Cosplayer Etiquette – It’s Important!: Always, always, always ask before you take a picture of a cosplayer. Be cool, give them their space, and tell them how awesome their costume is! And super important: “Cosplay is Not Consent.” Just because someone’s in a costume doesn’t mean it’s okay to be inappropriate or touch them.
- Chatting with Guests: Be mindful of what kind of interaction it is. Photo ops are usually super quick, while autographs might give you a short moment to chat.
F. General On-Site Tips
A few more random tips to make your con life easier:
- Shop Smart, Not Hard: Take a good look around the exhibitor hall before you start buying everything in sight.
- Know Your Schedule (or App!): Keep track of when and where your must-see panels, guest signings, or photo ops are. That event app or a printed guide will be your best friend.
- Be a Good Neighbor (Hygiene-wise): It can get warm and crowded. A little deodorant goes a long way for everyone’s comfort.
- Keep it Clean: Use the trash cans! Let’s help keep the place tidy.
Being prepared really is half the battle for having an amazing Fan Fusion. These tips should help you, especially if it’s your first time, handle the crowds and the long days like a pro!
Know Before You Go: Key Event Policies
Knowing the main rules before you go can save you a lot of hassle and helps make sure everyone has a good time. So, listen up!
A. Code of Conduct and Family-Friendly Atmosphere
Fan Fusion is all about being a welcoming place for every fan out there.
- Keeping it Family-Friendly: Most of the events are for all ages and totally family-friendly, unless they say otherwise. If you’re in costume, just be cool and mindful of the folks around you, especially the little ones.
- Dress Appropriately: They follow Arizona state laws about what’s considered decent. If staff think a costume is over the line, they might ask you to change it. If you don’t, you could lose your badge and get kicked out.
- Zero Tolerance for Bad Behavior: Fan Fusion has a strict no-harassment, no-discrimination policy. If you see or experience anything, tell the event crew, security, or the police.
B. Prohibited Items (Beyond Props)
Besides the prop rules we talked about, here are a few other things you definitely can’t bring in:
- Food and Beverages: Generally, no outside food or drinks are allowed, but they do make exceptions if you have a medical condition or if you’re a parent with an infant.
- Wheeled Items: Sorry, no roller skates/blades, skateboards, hoverboards, or other things with wheels (unless it’s a mobility aid, of course).
- Chairs: Big folding chairs are usually a no-go. Tiny folding camping stools might be okay, but your best bet is to email eva@phoenixfanfusion.com and ask first.
- Other No-Nos: Absolutely no real or replica firearms (even toys). Same goes for RC cars, planes, and drones. And unless you have a Press badge, leave the professional camera gear like tripods, monopods, external lights, and cameras with lenses longer than 85mm at home. Also, things like helium-filled balloons and any cannabis products (edible or not) are not allowed at the Phoenix Convention Center.
C. Bag Policy
This is a big one: Phoenix Fan Fusion typically DOES NOT have a place to check your bags or other items. That means whatever you bring in, you’re carrying it all day. The Phoenix Convention Center might have its own general rules for other events, but for Fan Fusion, plan on holding onto your stuff.
These rules are all about making sure a huge event like this runs smoothly and that everyone – and there are a LOT of different kinds of people – feels safe and comfortable. Following them helps avoid any problems when you’re trying to get in and just makes for a better time for all of us.
Getting There & Staying Nearby: Transportation & Accommodation
Figuring out how you’re getting to Fan Fusion and where you’re crashing for the night is a big part of your prep, especially if you’re coming in from out of town.
A. Reaching the Phoenix Convention Center
Good news! The Phoenix Convention Center is right downtown and pretty easy to get to:
- Valley Metro Light Rail: There’s a light rail stop right at the Phoenix Convention Center, which is super handy, especially if you’re coming from Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport or staying somewhere along the rail line. The PHX Sky Train will take you from the airport terminals to the 44th St/Washington light rail station.
- Rideshare Services: Yep, Uber and Lyft are around in Phoenix. There’s usually a special drop-off and pick-up zone for rideshares on 3rd Street, just north of Washington Street, near the convention center.
- Public Transit Bus and Phoenix Dial-a-Ride: There are other public transport options too, if those work better for you.
B. Parking Options and Tips
If you’re driving, here’s the scoop on parking:
- Parking Garages Galore: You’ll find several parking garages within walking distance of the Phoenix Convention Center.
- ParkPHX to the Rescue: The City of Phoenix has this cool web tool called ParkPHX. It helps you find and even reserve parking spots downtown. It can tell you about public parking garages, how much they cost, if they have EV charging, and if they’re ADA accessible.
- Booking Parking in Advance: Phoenix Fan Fusion often puts links on their website where you can pre-pay and reserve parking for some of the downtown garages. Just so you know, Fan Fusion doesn’t own these garages, they don’t set the prices, and they don’t make money from parking – they just provide the links to help you out.
- Parking Costs: Event parking rates can change. Garages at the Phoenix Convention Center have been around $12-$14 for events in the past. Other downtown garages could charge anywhere from $10 to $40 or even more, depending on the event, how long you’re staying, and how close you are. Pre-paying or reserving your spot is usually a good idea, especially for a huge event like Fan Fusion.
C. Nearby Hotels / Apartments

Need a place to stay? You’re in luck — Metro Hospitality has you covered with fully furnished accommodations just minutes from the Phoenix Convention Center.
- Super Close (Walking Distance): Our apartments are within walking distance to the event, so you can skip the hassle of traffic and parking.
- Easy Access via Light Rail: If you’re staying a bit farther out, don’t worry — our properties along the Valley Metro Light Rail system make getting to the venue smooth and easy.
- Book with Confidence: Whether you’re traveling solo or with a group, Metro Hospitality offers comfort, convenience, and flexible stay options. Visit metrohospitality.com to explore availability and secure your stay before rooms fill up!
Being right downtown means Fan Fusion is super connected to everything Phoenix has to offer. This makes it easy for you to get around, find parking, and grab a hotel room, which is awesome, especially if you’re there for the whole weekend. Plus, your Fan Fusion badge usually gives you in-and-out privileges, so you can pop out to explore local restaurants and other cool spots.
Venue Lowdown: Phoenix Convention Center Amenities & PFF Services
Let’s talk about what’s available at the Phoenix Convention Center itself and what specific services Fan Fusion offers to make your day smoother and comfier.
A. Food and Drink Options
Feeling peckish?
- Food Hall On-Site: The Convention Center has its own food court called PHX Kitchens Downtown Food Hall. You’ll find a bunch of different spots there, like Crave Box (for healthy stuff), Hecho en Arizona (Mexican food), John Dough Phoenix Pizza Co., PHX Coffee Co. (they roast their own coffee locally!), Tenders, Love & Chicken (TLC), and Urban Wok (Asian-inspired dishes).
- PFF’s Rule: Like we mentioned, Fan Fusion usually doesn’t let you bring in your own food or drinks, unless it’s for medical reasons or for babies. But you can (and totally should!) bring an empty refillable water bottle.
B. Accessibility Services
Both the Convention Center and Fan Fusion work hard to make sure everyone can enjoy the event.
- Phoenix Convention Center (PCC) & ADA: The PCC is set up to be accessible, following ADA rules. That means accessible parking, entrances, ramps, elevators, automatic doors, and restrooms.
- Phoenix Fan Fusion’s Accessibility Help: PFF offers a bunch of things to help attendees with specific needs :
- ADA ID Stickers: You can get these at Badge Redemption, Info Desks, and the Exhibit Manager’s Desk. They let staff know if you might need a bit of extra help.
- Elevators: Yep, they have ’em, and security keeps an eye on them.
- ADA Seating: You’ll find special seating areas in the main panel rooms (like Ballroom 301A and 301BCD). They’re marked and are first-come, first-served, so getting there early is a good idea.
- Accessible Queue Lines: They make sure the lines are easy to navigate if you’re using a scooter, wheelchair, or other mobility device.
- ASL Requests: If you need ASL interpretation for panels, they usually have a form for that on the PFF website.
- Diversity Lounge (Quiet Room): This is in West 213AB. It’s a quiet spot if you need a break from all the sensory excitement of the con.
- Safe Zones: These are spots you can go if you feel unsafe or just overwhelmed. They’re usually spread out around the venue (like at Info Booths, in certain rooms, and at the Exhibit Manager Booth).
- Wheelchair and Scooter Rentals: Copper Star Home Medical is often the go-to for rentals, and it’s smart to book ahead.
- Service Animals: Only dogs or miniature horses that are trained to do specific tasks for people with disabilities are allowed as service animals, as per ADA rules. Emotional Support Animals (ESAs) or comfort animals, unfortunately, aren’t. This is pretty awesome, right? They’re not just thinking about basic accessibility, but also about making sure people feel comfortable and supported with things like the Diversity Lounge and Safe Zones. It really shows they want everyone to have a good time.
C. Other On-Site Conveniences
What else can you find on-site?
- Convention Center Perks:
- UPS Store: Need to ship something or other business services? There’s one in the West Building.
- Baby Changing Stations: You’ll find these in family restrooms and the regular men’s/women’s restrooms around the venue.
- Bicycle Parking: If you bike there, they have racks at different spots around the PCC.
- EV Charging Stations: Got an electric vehicle? You can charge it at the Heritage Garage and East Garage.
- Fan Fusion Specifics:
- Information Booths: Got questions? Look for these! They’re usually in the West Building Lobby, North Building Lobby, and there’s an Exhibit Manager’s Desk in the Lower Level Exhibit Hall.
- Official Convention Merchandise: Want some official PFF swag? There’s a dedicated booth for that.
- Wi-Fi, ATMs, and First Aid – The Deets:
- Wi-Fi: You can usually get free Wi-Fi in the PHX Kitchens Downtown Food Hall at the PCC. As for Wi-Fi across the whole Fan Fusion event, that info isn’t always super clear beforehand, so your best bet is to check the official PFF app or look for signs when you get there.
- ATMs: Finding out exact ATM locations for Fan Fusion ahead of time can be tricky. The convention center is huge and probably has them, but it’s smart to bring some cash just in case, or check the PFF app or maps once you’re inside.
- First Aid: If there’s a medical emergency, the PCC says to call 9-1-1 and then let building security know so they can help. Where the dedicated First Aid stations for Fan Fusion itself will be isn’t always announced way in advance. So, if you need one, check your event app, maps, or just ask any staff member or at an Info Booth. The Safe Zones might also be able to help or point you in the right direction.
